A New Look To Fix an Old Industry Problem: Introducing Giga’s New Brand Identity

Demand for power infrastructure is exploding across data centers, renewable energy projects, and bitcoin mining operations. Yet, at times, the industry can feel like it’s stuck in the dark ages.
Today, I'm excited to introduce Giga Energy's new brand identity - but this is about much more than a logo refresh. This rebrand represents our fundamental mission to completely transform how electrical infrastructure is sourced, manufactured, and delivered.
The Market is Broken: The Sourcing Problem
If you've tried sourcing industrial electrical equipment lately, you know the market is fundamentally broken. Despite skyrocketing demand, the sourcing process remains stuck in the past. Everyone faces the same impossible choice - pick two of three: fast lead times, quality engineering, or fair pricing. Want both speed and quality? Prepare for premium pricing. Need something affordable and fast? Quality suffers. Demand quality at a reasonable price? Get comfortable waiting 100+ weeks.
We experienced this frustration firsthand back in 2019 when Brent and I welded our first modular data centers in East Texas. The pain was real - lead times stretching endlessly, costs ballooning unexpectedly, and quality inconsistencies creating genuine safety concerns. Legacy OEMs and traditional importers simply couldn't keep pace with modern demands.
That's when we recognized a simple truth: the market shouldn't have to settle for these compromises.
The Giga Model: Breaking the Cycle of Compromise

Our approach is straightforward but transformative: we're breaking the cycle of compromise in electrical infrastructure sourcing. We refuse to accept the industry standard where you can only have two of the three critical factors. Instead, we've built a model delivering quality, speed, and fair pricing simultaneously.
How do we make this possible? By controlling our entire supply chain from drawings through delivery.
We export American engineering excellence while leveraging international manufacturing capabilities across three of the world's five largest economies. Our operations flow seamlessly between our Mumbai facilities, Shanghai office, and Los Angeles manufacturing – delivering superior products at industry-best lead times.
It's a simple formula: American engineering precision meets global manufacturing speed. And unlike traditional importers, we have our team members physically present in each factory, ensuring design conformance and rigorous quality control at every step.
What truly sets us apart is our integrated power strategy. We actually operate the equipment we manufacture at our own data center sites across North America. This gives us a unique perspective – we can't afford to cut corners because we rely on these systems ourselves. This operational experience provides invaluable context when collaborating with utilities, EPCs, and end-users.
Our team combines startup energy with deep industry expertise. We've assembled veterans with over 20 years in utility load planning and 30+ years in transformer and switchboard manufacturing. These aren't just resume bullet points – these are professionals who constantly question the status quo, asking "why" when everyone else accepts "that's how it's always been done."
The bottom line? Buying critical electrical equipment should be more than a transaction. It should be an experience that builds trust from initial drawings through final delivery.
Proven Results with Major Partners
This isn't theoretical – we're already making a real-world impact with data center builders like Nvidia and Coreweave, the largest public bitcoin miners like Riot and Marathon Digital, and even utilities, like the CHANGE. We've sold over 1.8 GW of electrical infrastructure, with 750+ transformers and 200+ switchboards in production this year alone. Plus, we’re on track to double the sites we’re supporting and the infrastructure we’re delivering.
Our customers frequently tell us they're rethinking what they can demand from suppliers after working with us. The market is finally realizing they don't have to accept the traditional compromises.

What's New at Giga Energy
We're expanding our capabilities with our UL 891 Switchboard Manufacturing Facility in Long Beach, California. This facility delivers high-quality production with fast lead times (typically 8-12 weeks) and maintains inventory for all our product lines.
